Customer Service desk is closed, AGAIN!
Not sure why during operating hours the customer service desk is closed?! There is not one good reason for this. -stars at this point!
If you need anything at the guest service counter, I’d recommend calling ahead of wasting your time. Never fails it closed at some random time for who knows what reason. It is a joke! It is ridiculous to have the guest counter closed as often as this store does! Then on the rare occasion it’s open, the employee working has a poor attitude and is usually complaining about work issue out loud. Just unprofessional all around. Do Better Tom Thumb!

They have a wide variety of things! Wish they had a bit more pastry/dessert options, better looking hot ready to eat food, and flower selections. But overall nice and clean grocery store at good prices.

Visited on a Sat mornin. Had everything we needed like any other grocery store. Line was bout normal. Not sure what else to say. Average grocery experience. Bagels 🥯 were fresh and good at breakfast (lady behind counter didn't speak the best English so she didn't really answer my question, but I figured it out - no big deal.

There's a Starbucks and a bar when you walk in the door for rich people, I assume. The rest of it is a normal Tom Thumb format that's great and full of nice people. Fresh jalepeños, good steaks, sausage, and grilling deals make this place awesome for me weekly.
