“I recently had work done on my 2011 RAV4 and was told that the splash shield was loose and causing all of this noise I kept hearing underneath my vehicle. What that business did was eyebrow-raising, given the fact that a mechanic used a ziptie to hold the shield in place. What they didn't tell me was that the mechanic tied it to a sensor. A friend said I should take my car to The Master's Touch. When I called Chris, he offered to inspect the shield and sure enough, he found that ziptie and promptly removed it. Then he used three of the clips that should have been on the splash shield to fasten it in place. A few days later I asked if The Master's Touch could replace that splash shield for me. The price was right and the work was done as I waited. All I can say about The Master's Touch is that I wish I had gone there sooner. The professionalism and the courtesy I found was such a relief to find. They are a jewel among the rubbish that is out there.”
“Had to get head gaskets done on my 2015 Duramax and gave Diesel Works a shot. Could not have been happier with the service Mark the owner provided along with his staff also. He suggested some other work to do since we were already at a certain stage in the repair process. So far so good as my truck is back and running great. “My vehicle was involved in an accident on its way to my new home in Arizona from New Hampshire. The enclosed carrier it was in was hit by a car on black ice and the Tractor and trailer slid sideways and rolled over. It took 3 weeks to even find out what kind of shape my car was in. When the adjuster told me it could be repaired for $16k. So I found Smitty's about 90 miles away so I used my AAA card to have it towed to Smitty's. Their assessment was the car was a total loss and the cost to repair it was more than what I had the entire car insured for. Katherine went back and forth with my insurance company full well knowing Smitty's would not be repairing the car. I can not praise them enough being my car was nowhere close to where it should be or even where it was picked up. They were instrumental in me getting me my insured value. The world needs more businesses like Smitty's I highly recommend them because if the go out of their way to help someone that will not be giving them business, I'm sure they'll go out of their way to help you!”
