Anyway, I went in for one thing and another issue was found by the mechanic so I had that done as well. My SUV is running better but not perfect because there are other issues and Integrity and I will handle those as I can. The price on the work that was done was good and I appreciate the honesty,warmth and genuine kindness they showed. They have a lifetime customer. I'm grateful God led me here.”

“My air conditioner gave out in the middle of hot September. I went to AutoZone and a man who was in line actually suggested I take my car here because they worked on his air-conditioning. It was the only recommendation I had so I went with it. I’m really glad I did. They got my car in the next day and it only took about three hours for them to diagnose it and fix it. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating. I would recommend them!”

I took my mom's car in to have some parts added and replaced to correct the alignment. After the service, everything was within the correct parameters, but I still felt the car pulling to one side. Without giving me any hassle, theylooked the car over again and made a few adjustments so that the driving experience was smoother for me while remaining within the proper alignment.”

“Helped me out on a Friday with a same day hub/wheel/drum swap on my trailer. These guys stay busy. I watched Romero and his guys, everyone had a task and stayed on it. Parts availability seems to be a problem in Lubbock but you can’t blame the mechanics for that. Another shop in town said they’d start and go to lunch and maybe be done by Monday cause they don’t do tires ? so I brought it to Benitez.”

“Tried this shop for my oil change. They were very courteous when we first arrived. We went to the one on Texas and 19th. Everyone spoke to us even though has been helped already. They were fast to do the oil change and even have a free tire rotation. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Mavis Tire on 19th and Texas Ave”
