The Lady at front desk was very kind and got me processed quickly and checking back in was painless. My only suggestion to Corporate is update your vehicles! These trucks are outdated and underpowered. 40 miles cost you 10 gallons in a 10’ truck?

Everything was easy smooth and the staff were great, BUT the company website needs revision. Advertising a $19.99/day rental truck is misleading. It’s $19.99 per day plus $0.99 per mile, plus gas, plus insurance. A 3 day rental can easily set you back $210-$240 if you travel 110-140 miles.

It is a little pricey, but the service was great. We got the smallest truck with a ramp and dolly. We went 34 miles total for 2 1/2 hours and it was $125. the lady at the desk was very nice
