Based on the reviews, this UPS Access Point location is a great secure place to pick up packages and has saved customers from missing packages. The staff is exceptional, friendly, informative, very efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The manager is very patient and pleasant. Wait was short, and customers were in and out with no waiting. It is very easy for drop offs, including Amazon returns, provided packages are labeled. This location in downtown does not have many options for parking. It is inside the CVS, not a UPS store.

This place has saved me from missing my packages. UPS sometimes misses my address so having the option to deliver here instead has been a huge relief. They also accept drop offs provided your package(s) are labeled.

Convenient location and the counter is at the front door.

Wait was short. Staff was very efficient. The manager helped me personally ------ very patient and pleasant. Great experience compared to some UPS stores I have visited. Would go out of my way to use this location!
