The coffee is always made well, and they have a large assortment of menu options for drinks, sandwiches and baked goods. If you go on a Saturday morning, be prepared to wait in line, but luckily the line moves quickly. I can't wait to go back and try something new!”

“i come in here weekly, sometimes more, to just drop off packages that are ready to go. i just put them where they go, they’re used to me by now but they are always so friendly, the store is super clean & organized and it smells so good in there!! i never really buy anything just drop my packages off but they are still nice. i have looked at the greeting cards they have & they are really funny & cute. one day i will get some. oh! & they had real neat gifts at Christmas. but i love this place. it’s always a good atmosphere. and…. i feel like my packages go out faster here than other places.”

“February 12, 2024 I went to this location because UPS customer service online and over the phone was unable to change an address for a package sent to me. I contacted the retailer that sent me this package, to have them talk to UPS to change my address. UPS would not change the address even after talking to the retailer, and only offered to hold my package at this location - 18 miles away from my house. The downside to this is that the 13700 location in Roanoke closed their customer service desk over a year ago. Do better UPS!This 5 star review is ONLY for Tina that I spoke to over the phone at this location. Tina was professional in every way! She kindly helped me feel reassured that she and her team would do their best to find my package, and would call me back to provide an update same day. You know what?! Tina called me back at 6:16pm CST same day to let me know my package was found, and she was able to update my address and my package will deliver 2/13/24. She deserves a raise and a bonus!!! Thank you Tina!!!The guard at the truck yard gate on the Independence side was super kind, and was able to get me in touch with Tina - Thank you sir.”
“I typically use the post office by my shop but when I need ups or fed ex I have to go elsewhere.. the ups store is on my way home but always has some issues going on .. never smooth sailing an my husband comes here so the last few times I’ve used them as well .. it is friendly environment an fair prices , it’s a small business so don’t go in with a rush in mentality and you will be happy with them . Everything has arrived when quoted , no issues in shipping or anything an everyone is very nice”

I honestly made the horrible decision of not staying and attempting for a better paying position at another company… which didn’t even give me the time of day…They will work you hard here, but treat you fairly. My last few weeks here were on truck-loading and pallet-loading duties. I will brag that I would make both areas look clean and perfectly stacked!All in all, I regret not going through with direct-hiring process and becoming one of their loading dock people…”

“I have been going here for 2 years since I’ve relocated to Fort Worth and I have received good customer service each time. You know how some places, they seem annoyed by customers walking in? But these guys seem to be glad to be there and happy to serve. I haven’t even seen the staff change in all my time going there, so I mentioned that and they said they’ve been there for many years. The good customer service has been very consistent.”

I thought I was gonna go in and annoy whoever was helping me return these items, but he helped me pack them up and tape them up and figure out what needed to go where. “I was having trouble printing my wedding invitations and went to fedex to see if this was a faster and more affordable option and it definitely was. Both Sabrina and Shaila were extremely helpful during my first visit when I went in to see what could be done and to get a quote. The second time I visited, Sabrina helped me print samples so I could take home to show my fiancé. A few days later I emailed Sabrina the copies and the next day she had it ready for me and they turned out so great! I’m so happy with my order and can’t wait to put it all together this weekend. Also I want to thank Jason for assisting with the order as well. Overall, such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be back for any printing needs. Thank you again, especially Sabrina!
