I pick up mail from the back dock everyday in the same spot but today you move the spot and you lock the doors I don't understand why not unlock doors and leave it in same spot I always pick it from. Usually if doors are locked it means you still working on it

I was hunting for a certain stamp design all across DFW and had no luck, but when I called this location Cynthia answered and could not have been more friendly and helpful. And they had the stamps in stock!

Lady there told me Stamps could only be bought in increments of 20 when I only needed 1. Then after using Google which said they could, refused to help refund me and sent me to another location for help. Bad customer service and feeling deceived.
