“I had an awesome experience at Artisan Vapor thanks to Mike! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as he helped me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase before leaving the store. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and knows his stuff. Great customer service like this is hard to come by—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mike to others!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is on point—welcoming, relaxed, and just an all-around great atmosphere to be in. It’s one of those spots where you instantly feel comfortable and want to stay awhile. What really stands out is the staff. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful when it came to questions about products. They don’t just give quick answers—they take the time to explain things and make sure you leave confident in what you’re getting. Between the great energy, top-tier service, and overall experience, this place is definitely a standout. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for quality and a great vibe all in one.”

“I recently relocated from New Jersey and had been searching for a new cigar lounge in Fort Worth to replace my old favorite. I came across this spot, and it truly feels like a hidden gem. The decor is beautiful, the cigar selection is impressive, and the overall atmosphere is inviting. I had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. This is definitely going to be my new go-to place.”

“Best cheapest price for pipe tobacco and cigarette tubes in town. But only have a few selections. Need to get more varieties and in stock. Lady worker was really nice and courteous. Paid $15 for 6 oz bag of pipe tobacco, 1.99 for Ace tubes. Don’t get Ace tubes, it breaks often. Zen is best.”

“I just got back home from the best vape shop in this whole DFW metroplex! I’ve been coming here for three years and today I had the pleasure of actually meeting the owner. I now see why this is a thriving business! Great products, which is sometimes hard to come by at similar places like this. But County vape and smoke blows them out of the water. I was extremely impressed by their very large selection of AMERICAN made vape products. If you’ve never been here before, I highly recommend you check them out! Very reasonable prices, extremely clean and friendly atmosphere, and good vibes all around.🤘🤘”

“I've been going to Vapor Salon since January of 2018. It was on my way to and from work at the time. I haven't worked out that way since a few months later, but now I drive from Euless to go out there. Troy and Emily keep me in my go-to flavor, even when it's hard to find. Have always loved the vibe of the store and LOVE everyone that works there. I have always had the best experience as a customer there and the quality of their e-liquid is way better than I had ever gotten before at other places. My husband even stopped going to his go-to vape shop where the e-liquid prices were (at the time) a little cheaper because he would rather have quality for the price, than stuff that tastes as cheap as the prices were. He's been going for about 6yrs himself and won't go anywhere else. Here within the last couple of months I was telling Emily that there was a specific small vape that I wanted that was out of stock at the time and the next time I went in (about 2 weeks later), there were more in stock and I was able to purchase. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!”

“Great employees, awesome hole in the wall spot that offers more than you would think by judging from the outside. I have bought some really cool clothes here and accessories for my cell phone etc. Tons of small items to browse, great prices and just over all a win win place to shop at. Kris is really sweet and totally cool, Lauren is sweet and chill. The guys that work at night are cool cats and Toby that works days is quiet but cool once he knows you and let's lose a little 😋 I 🫶🏻 this place and the folks that are in it!!!!”

“I visited this smoke shop on 01/01/26, and I honestly had a great experience. I met the sweetest person who helped me find the edibles — even though they were right in front of me 😅. I didn’t catch his name, but I really wanted to say thank you for the patience and the amazing customer service. One of the best products I’ve tried from here is the Double Stacked Bitez 2000mg. Definitely made my visit a pleasant one. Highly recommend.”
