The guy who helped me last night (03/06/2025 & I forget names) was great, awesome, etc! I needed a new phone & a new carrier since before October of last year. Not only did he set me up with the phone I wanted so badly, he gave me a good plan, traded in my old ZFold 5 for a great deal for the S 25 Ultra, and made the whole process fast and smooth.
I had come in close to closing and doubted I would have walked out with a brand new phone that night. I went a little passed this Verizon's closing time but bro was so kind about it and was the most helpful and nicest person I've ever seen/experienced at a phone carrier place. That Verizon and Verizon in general will forever have my respect & gratitude as well as the man who helped me! I'll be back in for my wife to swap carriers soon.

Worst experience at a Verizon I’ve ever had in my life. I was lied to by multiple workers at this location. I was told I would be receiving accessories with my new phone “for free” and that I would “only have to pay taxes on the items”. Ask for itemized receipt and you will see they have not only lied to you, but stolen from you. The manager acted surprised when I told her about this, but didn’t bat an eyelash when another associate used the same line another customer. I spent 7 hours just trying to get a new phone because mine broke. I was sent home with my new phone and ended up having to go back to the store and spend another 3 hours, because coincidentally my device was “defective”. LIES. This is not a verified Verizon store, it is an “in-direct store”. Total scam, do not waste your time, energy and money going here.

Wanted to delete an iPad from my plan. Employee could not be bothered. Told me to call CS even though I told him the last time I did that they deleted my phone & it took two days to get it turned back on. I then asked if I deleted the iPad if it would change my plan. He said no without even knowing what plan I had. So the usual “ no help” you get from the under 30 year olds everywhere. They just can’t be bothered.

I received Horrible customer service! I had to call Verizon cs while in the store to get proper help. Kristian was the Most rudest who and told me he could not help me and walked away after I was told to drive there by Verizon cs. CS was so appalled they gave me a credit to my acct. Never use this store!!
