After I told them no to all the upsells he pretended like he couldn’t sell me a phone anymore..the system wouldn’t let him. I guess he was just ready to go bc he kept telling me they’re getting ready to close lol..

Been with Verizon for 12 years and no issues… and now they have the audacity to tell me they have to do a credit check in order to add a line to MY plan… they never needed this before when I’ve added MULTIPLE lines in the past…

Oyla is my fave. She always has tried to help me the best way she can 🥹♥️ even though I love Olya I regret getting service with Verizon. My bill is 500 somehow, even though it was just 200 , it’s constantly changing like that and it’s very alarming . Like how did it just go from that to that? It’s like I’m being overcharged every month. Then they promise you a credit that you never got because they end up charging you for it I guess… ☹️ I’m broke broke trying to constantly pay these 3 phones. It’s exhausting and nobody cares. They just make up a break down when you call customer service . Even when you make a payment plan they cut off your phone and you have to call a million times to convince them to reinstate your service and as if not being able to pay it , hence the arrangement wasn’t enough… they add another fee on top of that I guess. The audacity of all this and nobody warns you but why would they huh. Sales
