Horrible customer service. Got me to upgrade my phone and sign a new contract right before closing time then closed and locked the doors while neither of my phones were working and refused to open to door and offer assistance.
Been on the phone with customer service for HOURS at this point.

Went in today to ask for help since my phone was not working, the girl just told me “I’m not a tech I can’t help you” and referred me to a phone fixing place, didn’t even try to help. I knew she could do more but chose not to, went to another Verizon and the guy was actually able to do a warranty claim since if she would of at least bothered checking would of noticed my phone was in great shape and stopped working for no reason. So please if you can make the extra 5 minute drive to ANY other Verizon just do it. Horrible customer service.

Caution!!!Exercise caution when working with these people. I was told that my bill would only increase by $5/month when upgrading a phone but two months later it jumped $20/month.

In a state that is notorious for 2nd amendment rights you would think business’ would abide by laws. Now it is not unlawful for them to ask you not carry in their store but it doesnt mean im going to stay and shop. I went here and was immediately told to put my firearm away so upon asking if they were posted 30.06 or 30.07 i saw they werent and went to the next location where they were amazing and said they could care less then we talked about guns….. wont be back to this location ever

If I could give negative stars, I would! Dishonest business practices! Stay away from this dealer. I discovered my kids have been paying on the phone I got at this location in December that was supposed to be a free promotion with my trade-in. I never "buy" phones because I have no need for a high end version and I only ever do promotions when I rarely need an upgrade. I called to deal with it as soon as I discovered and have been told there was no promotion etc and they will do nothing to resolve the issue. Basically I got a "sorry for your luck" answer. I am out of town for another month so I can not get to my paperwork to prove anything and I am hoping the salesperson wrote things up properly at my end or we are stuck paying for this phone. I would probably not have noticed if I hadn't logged on and noticed my account still showed my old phone. My new phone is not even listed on my account and yet they are charging me? I know I should have followed up sooner, but I am an honest person that expects the same and never considered the salesperson would have been scamming me.I guess I have learned my lesson. Save yourself and go to another location with honest practices!

Came here not reading the reviews. Just to have the “manager” come minutes after she was due back from lunch. Then told us it’s another five mins even though she was late to begin with. And she was rude. Get a different job if you have no manners.

My original experience with this place was good, until everything that followed after. My husband and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon in mid- July to do a few things: upgrade our phones, merge our accounts, and remove a line that was no longer being used. The young man that assisted was fairly new. It was only him and one senior rep on site. This is branded and presented as a Verizon Store, it was only after that we found out it was an "authorized retailer." The gentleman proceeded to merge our accounts and was able to upgrade my phone, but was unable to upgrade my husband's phone. We called customer service from the store and were informed that only they could upgrade it with "pick up at store," which the store rep said was just to take his commission. We went ahead with that and left, only to be informed less than an hour later that the phone was ready. We went back to the store, and after over an hour they were unable to activate the phone. The store rep said he'd cancel the order. We left again, still with just my phone. The next day we went to an actual Verizon store that was able to set up my husband with a new phone. They stated the phones should have both been upgraded before the accounts were merged. It should have ended there. But no, in August I get an email stating I have thirty days to activate the device that was supposedly cancelled. I called Verizon, they said they would get it taken care of. Come September, I get another email that I will be charged $1300 for a phone that we never even HELD. I called Verizon, said they'd get it handled. Come October I get slapped with a bill for a phone that the "authorized retailer" had actually not cancelled but rather "charged off" and told Verizon that we chose not to activate it.It took four months of back and forth with Verizon, and basically being accused of stealing a phone and refusing to pay for it, before I was able to finally convince Verizon that we never had that phone in our possession, that it never left that store, before they FINALLY removed the charges from my account.Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a long time.

He wasn't opened when I stopped during the hours posted. I needed something specific but wasn't even given the opportunity to see if it was there.
