“Me and my family were at the WinCo on tehama ridge Pkwy when a man in a bluebell shirt named Joseph help my 87yr old mother out she had dropped her purse and all of her belongings were spilled out he helped us pick them out of the parking lot then he went in the store bought all of our items and gave us a half gallon of your homemade vanilla which was our very first time trying and I have to say it was very very pleasureable just wanted to say thank you very much to Mr. Joseph he saved us and made us very happy today vilery nice guy. “I’ve had a good experience here unloading I’ve always checked in about an hr early,pull up to the gate speak through an intercom,you’ll wrap around the building to receiving there is two receiving doors check in either one they will guide you,takes about hr to unload haven’t seen any restrooms”

“Not all that bad considering what others had posted. Pretty easy, be on time not too early. Pulled in @ 11:28am for a 12:15pm appointment, check.
Pull up to inbound guardhouse kiosk and shut motor off, check.
Give voice intercom required info(Appointment #/Delivery #), check.
Move to assigned Receiving Door(33+later 36)between docks, check.
Go in and get assigned Dock#(289 later moved to 257), check.
Disconnect after lowering landing gear, unhooking hoses, obviously sliding trailer tandems to rear , breaking/cutting seal and opening doors. Bobtail to holding area in front of Receiving Office/Door# 36 and wait for call your unloaded, check.
Once called, repeat previous procedure in reverse after finding your trailer was moved to a different Dock# and yard jockey is hooking up ready to move it to a 3rd location, check.
Once hooked and tandems slid+locked, doors closed move to guardhouse for departure, check.
Again, pull up to guardhouse kiosk and turn off engine. Give proper info(loaded or mty) and wait for gate to open. Once open and having restarted engine, pull forward and through gate into Gods great creation, earth, check mate departure 2:05pm.
P.S.-When out of your truck on this facility’s property make sure you put on your high visibility vest🦺 and be considerate of others as yard is busy. Some parking near entrance/exit maybe 4-5 trucks. Bathroom in room behind Door #36/Drivers lounge where bobtail parking area is. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, check.”
“Hi,I bought the item 49923, Wall Mounted Cat Lounge Set and Condo, color white/gray, and my kittens absolutely love it! One of them sleeps on the hammock, and the other in the cave... every day... including their naps :)However, my husband set it up too high, and our kittens can't get to the first step. So, we have been leaving a scratching post near the first step, so they can climb it and get to the first step.I have been frantically looking everywhere to buy an extra step, but have not find anywhere that sells the pieces separately. “Overnight parking available at the street. Entrance is at the very last gate,turn left, turn left again and stop at stop sign. On your left check in office,bring your license, picture of both license plates trailer must. Loading takes a while about 2-3hrs or more.”
“Unfortunately I was towed, and it was my fault because I didn't see the tow zone signs. But they do sit there and wait. I understand it's their job, but it sucks paying $300+ for a mistake. Either way, the guy was nice and I got my car out.”

It is usually good place for families with children. But not the best for small families as the waste rate becomes high.”
