This is the worst bank I ever have. When you need to do things other than regular banking they ask you to set up an appointment, what is worst it’s that you see a bunch of employees in their cubicles doing nothing, they smile at you and don’t help you

worst customer service ever and ATM never works!!! I am disabled so, I can’t walk inside to deposit money. Instead, I have to wait in line behind cars for approximately 30-45min just to make a small deposit when, it could only have took a few minutes at the ATM!
