We went in today to modify our account. Everyone was very nice! The tellers were welcoming and friendly when checking us in. We then met with Michelle, who was fantastic! Such nice folks here! My car was disabled and they let me sit in the lobby while I waited for assistance (it was hot!) and even offered me water. This despite the fact that I don't bank here.
