They advertise its open 24/7 but close off the cash registers and the entrance aisle so you can't shop there. This used to be my go to Winco but in the past year they've been so rude and horrific. I've had them snap at me because a bulk item wasn't ringing up, in that same instance I wasn't even able to finish my question and she just yelled at me "I don't know the Codes, what do you expect me to do about it?!" We double checked that the code we were using was correct and once we verified it was but the self check out just wasn't taking it we left those items behind. We hated doing that but we couldn't go to the attendant. I like to bag my items in a certain way but whenever I go to winco that goes out the window, because the cashier act like Olympic gold medalists scanning items and if you're still bagging left to do when you pay expect glares and eye rolls. Luckily I've never had to experience the horror if you're still not done bagging and they need to use your bagging lane for another customer. But I could only imagine what that would be like... Before cutting this winco off my list for good I only stopped buying produce there because I've seen roaches crawling around on the produce, and have been burned one too many times buying seemingly good produce only to get home and it's rotten inside.

The store is really nice, clean and organized but the employee Susan H. had a passive aggressive attitude at checkout. She solved my problem in a rude manner, made me feel unwelcomed as a costumer for asking a simple question for my first and now last time in Winco.

I want to give a shout out to the lady in the Deli (and the guys too) but she was so kind and helpful and I had gone in there Tuesday for my crab and pasta salad fix…well had to go back next day to purchase again because my old lady brain left the bags in my car overnight and my DIL forbade me to eat it! Lol. She remembered me and was so extra helpful!

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for Susan being a crotchety nasty old lady for no reason. Yes, I made a mistake and got in the card only self checkout line and started scanning only to realize half way through that I actually have cash ( which never happens) I flag Susan down bc she's ignoring the flashing help light and profusely apologized just for her to go out of her way to be nasty to me about it. I was seriously on the verge of tears bc she was rude. Reading all these comments it sounds like she is the same rude old lady everyone else is complaining about. She needs a job away from people if she's going to be such a crusty nasty old hag.

I've been shopping here for years. Mostly good experience. This post is about the fruit/food I bought today. I bought a honeydew melon and once cut into it, is was mush. Had to throw it out. The grapes I bought looked good from the bag. Once I got them home to wash them about half were moldy and of course had to be thrown out. I also bought some chicken bites to eat on the way home from the deli. Of course they looked good but were so dry and hard I tossed most of them away as well. Not sure where therir produce comes from and if nobody checks what's on the shelf to see if it's still edible but something needs to get better for me to continue shopping there. There was no saving money there today when you can't use most of what was bought! And no I didn't not have time to turn around with the nasty items to return them.

Prices 5 starsSelection 4 starsWinco Staff either 2 or 5Vendors 5 starsBeen to this location a handful of times now. Prices are at times a third of kroger or even Walmart. Depending on what you're looking for, the selection is impressive. Early in the morning the vendors are stocking and taking inventory, hands down the nicest vendors I've ever seen... meanwhile, the staff that runs up and down the aisles with the floor cleaner will expect you to move out of the way, don't smile and flat out appear to loathe their job.typically only one register is open, and a few times now self check out has been empty... six self checkout registers vs standing in line behind 3 or 4 people, I've gone to self checkout and every single time the older lady gives a comment regarding "20 items or less" while pointing to the sign... this is hands down the only place I've ever shopped where someone makes a stink regarding how many items I purchase at self checkout...especially when there's noone waiting... at the end of the day, the company doesn't care HOW they get money, but the little old lady is on some kind of power trip... take that silly disclaimer off the sign, even Kroger got rid of it! I'll continue to use self check out with more than 20 items if there's no line or anyone waiting.Also, sidenote Winco is cash or debit only, I didn't know that the first time shopping there and the cashier looked at me like I was the I D 10 t.

Winco is my go to grocery store. Customer representatives have been kind. I like chatting with them, they are genuine people. Bulk items are just fantastic! I don’t have to use those stupid store card to make my purchases. Our favorite bakery item is jalapeño cheese bagels and fresh croissants. You can’t use your credit cards. Just use bank card or cash.

Kepp giving them terrible reviews so the demand stays low... this place is awesome, sometimes 1/3 the cost of wal mart... i haven't seen any rude employees but when the prices feel like i committed a robbery cuss me out all you want... it's a great store

This is my go-to grocery store. They cut mean in store plus they carry prepackaged rabbit and goat meat. They have a variety of halal meat, goat and chicken. They have a nice variety of fish for a non Asian market.The bagels are better than Einsteins. Loose candy, grain etc is nice too. The store is always clean and pretty. The employees are eager to help and clearly show pride in their store.

Definitely my experience here today was unacceptable. The lady in charge of the automatic cash register made a mistake and she was saying inappropriate and above all racist things to me. She called her supervisor to solve the problem and when the supervisor came she was more disrespectful than she even started talking with another cashier in front of me criticizing a customer. continue I think the managers should give him a paid vacation because they are taking out their frustrations with the customers it touched me but I have seen him on other occasions doing the same I think it is a supermarket in which you pay in cash debit should people get a better service also where are the Hispanic or black cashiers Or cashiers Condes abilities not only to make this type of comment but really the treatment that we customers receive there is rubbishThe supervisors and the people who work there a few days very good afternoon My happy day nothing like people with a face

I came here for the first time and was unaware they do not accept credit cards. I was also unable to use my debit card since I do not have a pin set up. I have never had an issue before and use my credit card for everything for perks/cash back. The lady at the checkout was also very rude and treated me like I was d*** since I didn’t know this before hand.
