The bulk section is phenomenal everything you can think of. Prices are fair. Store is clean with fresh produce. Really good store brand sushi, and fried chicken.

I bought myself a Costco membership for my birthday this year, I used it twice, and then came back to WinCo. Best prices, excellent bulk section, friendly employees. No point shopping anywhere else.
