“We were visiting the lots up the road when my husband expressed that he wanted to take a look at an Atlas.
Of the five dealership lots we visited that day, Archer Volkswagen was the ONLY dealership where we were greeted and offered service. Not only were we greeted, but it was immediate. Habib inquired about our family's needs (offering us water) and even searched the lot for the exact car to suit us. Habib throughly explained the features of the car and worked with our family's specific requests. He even watched after our children while we spoke with Patrick.
Patrick was friendly and informative. At no point did we feel pressured into anything and all the while, we felt empowered to make the best decision for our family.

“I had a great experience here at Lopez Auto Works and have referred them to my coworkers. I sent pictures of my daughters 2010 Lexus RX350 damaged front bumper to multiple collision repair centers and none of them responded for a quote. I drove it to Sterling McCall Restoration Center and they quoted me an astronomical baseline quote of $3,260- that figure is almost 1/3 the cost of the entire vehicle! Sterling was not willing to offer to paint a bumper I brought to them or to even paint a bumper they purchased and hand it to me. Lopez Auto Works on the other hand sent me a quote within 6 hours and was simply honest and straight forward. He advised me not to use the cheap eBay bumper I brought due to its thin construction and possible fitment issues. I agreed and bought a OEM bumper to provide to him. I dropped it off on Monday and he stated it will be ready on Thursday or Friday of the same week. I got a call on Thursdays that it's ready. I saved $1,975 by doing it the Lopez way. I also had him replace a driver side seat belt assembly and restore the outer surface of the headlamps- now they look new again. The facility is small and simple so they can avoid passing down high overhead cost onto the customer. There is also a brown dog that likes to walk around and receive being petted. I highly recommend this facility and will use them for any future collision repairs. Thank you Mr. Lopez :)”
