“We needed up at this store because we were looking for a specific set of phones to upgrade. After being dismissed at another store, we called ahead, they were waiting for us and we ended up doing 4 upgrades for all of our family members. We were treated amazingly by manager Rudy who gave us a thorough explanation of our options, took the time to go over our decisions and we were able to walk out of there with new phones. Would recommend this store and staff to anyone looking for telecommunications services.”

“We were having so many issues with our WiFi Home internet from Metro and almost decided to give up. We came to this location and Ali helped us with everything we needed. Our box wasn’t defective it just needed a new SIM card. Everybody else tried one thing and continued to tell me there was nothing they could do but tried charging me for a new box. Ali fixed the issue and went above and beyond for me and my family. We will not be going anywhere else but here”
“We switched t mobile to att and they initially screwed up the entire order when shipping the phones. Our T-Mobile lines were turned off prematurely and we stopped into this location. The woman who helped us on Jan 17th at around 10am got everything figured out all while helping out multiple customers. I can't say enough about her as we had multiple phones across multiple states. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a mobile store. Thanks again.”

“Wow, here you can find the phone you are looking for. They didn't have it in stock but I ordered it and in less than half an hour the phone I ordered arrived. I had been looking for it and calling in several stores but they told me lies and finally I found it. I found out here that I speak more Spanish than English and the lady didn't worry. He treated me very kindly and very patiently and at the end of the purchase he ended up giving me a protector, the best store, people, they don't look for another store, this is the best.”

Over the past few years I’ve came here for screen repairs, although I need to be more careful haha they do always give me a reasonable price (I have an iPhone 11 still) as opposed to investing 100’s on a new phone, and it’s always under 30 minutes (10 min to be exact) really recommend these guys! ?”
