“Positive experience renting a unit. Professional and helpful staff. Unit was clean. Only negative for me is that there is no security gate for protection. Every place I’ve rented before has had one. There is a security code to access the building, but this gets inconvenient each time you have to enter the building while you’re loading/unloading. About costs, be aware of marketing gimmicks. They may offer free first month, but they bill at the first of the month; so don’t be surprised if you have to pay before your full month is up. They will prorate the first month, but they don’t prorate the month you leave if you leave before the month is over.”

I relayed the same information I typed below, and he was very apologetic of my experience. He expressed that's not how he likes to be represented and that he would want his employees to hold the same integrity as him and provide the best service professionally. I chose to change my rating as I truly believe he handled this situation very smoothly and professionally and genuinely cares about his customers! Thank you so much for making it right, I truly appreciate his gesture, we need more people like him!Another UPDATED REVIEW 2/19/24PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE MOVER, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!! YOUR MONEY TO BETTER ELSEWHERE! So when these mover moved our fridge they assured us that they knew how to fully install the fridge at the new house, but when they installed it they said the water valve didn't work so we needed to call a plumber to come out and fix that. Well they lied to us and didn't know how to install the fridge properly. Luckily I knew a professional who know how to fix appliances (washer/dryers, fridges, and etc) and told us we just needed to turn on the water valve. Thank goodness I had him check this before I called a plumber because we all know how expensive that can be! Also tell me why both of their electric drills ran out of batteries at 9:30 am-10:30 am and they didn't bring the charger so they had to hand unscrew/screw things! I felt like they did that on purpose to add more time to this move! I swear I am NEVER going to use these movers and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!UPDATE REVIEW 2/17/24I was so confident that these movers would be the perfect ones as you can see from my previous review several years ago, but I guess it depends on who you get. We lived in a one story so I figured there wouldn't be too much stuff to move and that two movers could get the job done in maybe 3 hours? So 2 movers showed up, one looked like they knew what they were doing and the other seemed like they just got hired on or a friend that tagged along. Overall, they needed 3 people to get the job because my husband helped them out a lot and when I confronted them about that, their response was "Your husband helping doesn't change the pay and he actually helped saved ya'll time by helping us". I did not like that response at all. I thought it was very unprofessional. Also, this move took longer than expected because all their drills weren't charged and they had to unscrew and screw everything manually. Unfortunately I will not be using this company on the future.If you are in need of a delivery service then these are the guys to hire! I ordered a 3 piece sectional from rooms to go and the delivery service provided by rooms to go had a ridiculous long wait. I called these guys on a Friday and they were able to pick up my furniture piece the next day and deliver it to me! Once they delivered my 3 piece sectional I realized the warehouse at rooms to go provided me one incorrect sectional piece. This delivery service was willing to take the wrong piece back and deliver the correct piece, but this process took an entire week to fix with 3 different trips! But this issue had nothing to do with this delivery company, rooms to go was at fault entirely! Even though this problem was not this delivery company's fault, they were willing to help me out to make this right without an additional cost! Hands down I would use their service again, no doubt! “Great service and GREAT crates -- highly recommend these folks.

The crates are the best way to move -- avoid buying and/or breaking down cardboard boxes.

Rented 40 crates -- they delivered them and picked them up -- plus provided 2 rolling carts that easily held 20 carts each to move them around at drop off and pick up.

Not anxious to move again, but if I do, I will certainly use them again.”

“My daughter moved out into her own apartment and we needed help with moving her bedroom furniture from here to there. Called a few different Handymen, they said it was a movers job. I called 15 different movers, some said the job was too small. Others said they’d still have to charge for 2 hours minimum plus their trip fee which averaged between $350-400 just to move a queen bed, dresser and nightstand 10 minutes down the road. I called Emanuel at 3 p.m., they were here at 5 and had everything moved and assembled in less than 2 hours. He charged us a very fair price for 2 guys and a truck. They were quick and careful. If you need help with any size move, small or large, give Emanuel a call, they’re not above small move jobs like most others.”

When I first called, I spoke with Robert, and right away I could tell I was in good hands. His professionalism and warm demeanor over the phone immediately put me at ease.
