“Great, no fuss, no muss storage facility. I love how there is no contract to renting the storage units, so you can leave whenever you want. The front desk is very nice and helpful. They accommodate to any of your needs. Having said that, the reason for the 4 stars is that my padlock tried to be cut twice on 2 separate occasions. I was not late on my payments or anything that would warrant my lock having to be cut. The front desk reported it to management each time, but understandably, it's hard to suspect anyone since there are no security cameras there (for privacy reasons). I personally don't mind security cameras if it'll deter such activities. So I highly suggest using their door latch locks for added protection if you use a padlock.”

The administrative side of the company is fantastic—communication is fast and clear, they’re very understanding, and scheduling the appointment and finalizing details is always quick and easy.
My movers, Prime and Tywon, were phenomenal: friendly, funny, professional, and personable. They arrived on time, communicated well, followed directions easily, and handled all of my belongings and furniture with great care.
They were also impressively efficient, completing my move from a third-floor unit to another third-floor walk-up in just over three hours.
Honestly, I won’t use another moving company. 10/10 every time.”
