“Late review, but I guess better late than never. lolAnyway’s I took my car to Auto Magician back in June or July for some auto body work after getting in a car accident. The owner Miguel gave an honest cost(s) when it came to the body work I needed done on it. He gave very fair and reasonable pricing. His customer service and communication skills were great. Miguel was able to get the auto body repair work done pretty quickly, and it looked nice once I came to pick it up, and the body work is still looking nice to this day. Definitely recommend Auto Magician if you need auto body work done to your vehicle.”
“I recently visited multiple repair shops in the area as our truck had a steering issue. I was consistently advised there was nothing wrong and the issue was a result of the lift kit. “Frank is an amazing Christian mechanic and owns the repair shop. He always treats me very special, but then I realized that he is that way with every one of his clients. Jiffy Lube had put the wrong oil in my Avalanche and Frank had to repair the damage that it had done. From now on I always take my Avalanches to Supreme1 even for oil changes. He's very good about giving you good advice on how to take care of your vehicles, too. Don't fill up with gas in the heat of the day and even which grade of gasoline your vehicle will run the best on. You will be pleased when you switch over to Supreme1 for ANY of your vehicle needs.”
“Ghaleb was a phenomenal salesman. He puts client service and satisfaction as his #1 priority and it shows. As an out of state buyer, I was nervous about purchasing an expensive vehicle sign unseen. Ghaleb went above and beyond to take all the photos and videos that I asked for. He even put the vehicle on a lift and photographed and videoed the underside.Once we agreed to a price, Ghaleb quickly scheduled covered transportation for the vehicle. He took a video of the car prior to transport and then kept me up-to-date on the shipping progress. Once the vehicle arrived, Ghaleb called to ensure it arrived safely and was in the condition he represented. “I own a Nissan Frontier and my fog light got broken at a store parking lot, I bought the light replacement but I couldn’t figure out how to change it, I called several shops and most of them will not do the work unless I bought a new light from them, I kept looking for a place a thanks God I found them and was the best experience I have ever got from a shop they were great only took them about 1/2 hour to replace it and there price nobody can beat. “This business is one of the best. We started going there because we wanted to take special care of our diesel truck, but now we trust them with all our vehicles. Just recently we had the oil changed and the oil filter replaced on our diesel. The job was done quickly. When we started to leave the display screen would not come on. Three different people came out to help...they pulled the truck back in, offered me a drink, and fixed the problem within a few minutes. They were so nice about it and apologized for the delay even though it was only a few minutes. I feel lucky to have a vehicle shop we trust.”

“I recently visited Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake for car servicing and had a mostly positive experience. Their prompt service and competitive pricing truly stand out, especially for a dealership. The staff was efficient, and my car was attended to quickly, which I greatly appreciated.However, I did encounter a minor issue. During the service, my dash camera was unplugged, which I discovered only after I was waiting for some paperwork. When I inquired, I was told that unplugging the dash camera is standard practice. This was a bit concerning for me, as my dash camera is an essential safety tool that records and maintains records of my journeys. It's never been turned off during servicing at other places, so finding it unplugged and not reconnected post-service was a bit unsettling.Overall, while I appreciate the swift and cost-effective service, I believe attention to such small details can enhance the customer experience. I would still recommend Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake but would advise them to consider the importance of such devices for their customers.”
