Came in to ask for guidance on investing 500k into a CD. Specifically stated I was looking to speak with someone to walk me through it like I'm 5, because I was confused by the process and other options. They sat me in the waiting area, then gave me paperwork and just told me to go home and complete it.They did this specifically because a CD doesn't get any commission so they decided I wasn't worth the time to speak to.Think about that, is that the type of person you want to be in charge of your money?

I called for a specific service before I drove an hour away and I was told they could deliver. I get to the location and now they cannot. They need to respect people's time.

I have had an investment account with Fidelity for several years. I used to come to the office for annual reviews and have face to face contact but somehow THEY decided my services would be conducted via phone and usually someone in some other state. I never saw the same person in the branch and I never talk to the same person on the phone. I have questioned some of the suggestions that just did not make any sense . At times I have felt my $ where not being watched and have been left to feel somewhat uncomfortable. To be honest I am considering moving my money.

When referring to the hiring process, they don’t care if you are a veteran or not. I won’t never use them for investments. I would suggest you don’t either.

I love this office and everyone that works here. I am always treated like I am the most important person here and believe me I’m far from having a lot of money.John Sinclair is the best. He helped me get through one of the toughest things I have ever faced alone. Thanks John

April 8th, 4pm, Webster, Tx: Horrible service. Horrible customer service. We had an appointment at 4pm and the lady up front could not find it in the system and quite blamed us about it. She was chatting with a colleague when we got there and was creatting excuses to not help us because "it was Friday at 4pm and they close at 5pm". It was a shame. They lost a client because of an incompetent employee.

Horrible horrible service. 6 phone calls and I get different info. Finally promised my check will arrive, only to be told the day it was to arrive that the last advisor was wrong and it will be a few more days. Had already booked airfare and hotel reservations to meet with new brokerage company and have to cancel and I have lost all my non-refundable code. They don't care once you try to remove your money. Seriously crappy customer service

Horrible experience today absolutely horrible. Fact that they cannot open the doors and be customer friendly or even come to the glass to speak to you is absurd. That woman Sat at her desk and stared at me with her freaking face cover on in her room by herself. Absolutely ridiculous. She didn't even bother to find out what I was therefore or to ask if she could assist me through their stupid glass! Poor find customer service! If I leave my money here in this bank it'll be the luckiest thing that they've had in a year. If I leave my money in this bank, it will not be because I like it! It'll be only because of Morgan who helped me out today when this idiot lady sat there at her desk and stared at me through glass

Don’t ever put your money in Fidelity Investments. They will lock it down, and you can’t ever get them back on the phone to get it out. $.05 to $1000. Doesn’t matter. They will use inuendo, gaslighting, make excuses, transfer you, put you on hold for days at a time. Something is rotten there, and they are trying to hide it. The representatives try to say everything they can to keep you holding for hours. Be aware. If it’s your money, it doesn’t belong to a stock brokerage!!! If you call 1 time in 15 years to say you want your accounts secured against any trades in/out because you had a computer hacking at home, they will put the word ‘fraud’ as a cue on your account and keep it that way for years. Too late!
