Stop donating here. They get everything free then sell it and never give back to the community. Complete scam and should be shut down! Give to salvation army or other local shelters that aren't trying to make a business and help in times of need.

Drove to Alvin location because I heard these same reviews fromfamily members about Friendswood GW. Alvin location on 35 bypass was excellent to deal with. Very helpful employees and appreciated my donations.

You have the rudest employees I've ever experienced, just completely unhlepful, they tell you they can't take donations because it's trash. No sir you are trash. I can see why you're scores are so low, and it's crazy people are trying to give you free stuff for you to sell.
