I was just at the Baybrook mall location, Null and Grace were absolutely amazing. Made me feel so welcomed and gave me absolutely every bit of information I asked for, I love lush, but now I love it 1000 times more and will be going back to this location because of these two!!!❤️❤️❤️

I have gone to so many different Lush locations in Texas and out of state and I always prefer this location. It is small but mighty! The atmosphere is great and the employees are amazing. A special shoutout to Ian and Chris. I always see them when I am in the shop and even when it’s late and they’re about to close, they always give amazing customer service. Ian is so kind and always has such good recommendations! Ian shows perfect customer service and I always know that even when they are out of what I want, I will leave happy! Chris is also so kind and is always willing to help. They are both so great at their jobs!
