Horrible worker when we went just recently. Charged $1 PER mix-in when I know they’re supposed to be free! DO NOT GO TO THE MARBLE SLAB IN BAYBROOK MALL

Terrible service, they serve you little ice cream and charge you too much, they throw extras like almonds and chocolate chips on top of the ice cream however they want, they don't mix it, terrible

Bait & Switch.. pictures look nothing like what we got. not even whip cream & cherries like it shows on display. also supposed to have snickers and it doesn’t.. maybe a spoon of snickers dust. my visit was on 10/23/22 4pm
