“I love this company! Their customer service is amazing. I had an incident where my CBD was delivered to a random PO Box instead of my address. I reached out to the company, and they were quick to reply. They were kind enough to understand my concern and shipped me out another bottle with no questions asked. I was so happy that I didn’t have to track down the CBD that was sent to a PO Box without an address.Also, my husband takes their CBD for back and shoulder pain. It has helped out tremendously. We love the price, we love the products, and we love the company! We could not be happier.”
“United Access and Jeff Mulloy were fantastic. I needed to be able to take my electric wheelchair places and Jeff showed me a less expensive way to get that accomplished--the installation of a wheelchair lift. I have a Toyota Sienna and buying a new, or even used van was going to cost more than my insurance and social security would handle. He set things up, got the new lift, and it was installed in a few hours. Ease of use? Wow, yes, five buttons (one is the start switch). Up-down-in-out. Simple, easy.
Not only did they put the lift in, they checked the van's fluids, tires, and even took out the trash. How cool is that! Jeff did the pick up and delivery of the van, showed me how it worked, and made sure I could do it myself.
If you need to transport your electric wheelchair, give Jeff and his folks a call, or go meet him and talk about what you need. He will make sure you get the best solution for you and that it will be within your budget.”

Been working with Allometrics since March of last year. We’ve had a very smooth experience, having everything calibrated from power supplies to pressure transducers, and also taking note on our specific requirements regarding handling of our hardware.
An issue did arise toward the end of last year going into January with two pieces of equipment which needed to be outsourced. Upon elevating this issue, their lead in sales reached out to me directly to resolve the problem. My final impression, they take their client base seriously and will work to resolve issues.”
“Every single person on staff I came in contact with was amazingly kind and patient. When I first walked in the door an associate greeted me and led me exactly where I needed to be and helped me with sizing. Then I came across one of their home brand sets in a material I loved, but they didn’t have my size in shirt and was short one pair of pants.
I thought I was doomed because I needed three sets and I wanted them to match (along with that set being 40% off).
Anyway, Kia took the time to call different stores for them to ship out the exact shirt and pants I wanted that this store didn’t have in stock! I got exactly what I needed at an amazing price with such friendly staff helping me along.
Then I had a question about my tracking on one shirt because I had a mix-up in my emails with the tracking information. I believe I spoke to Ana on the phone today (01/20) and she deserves some recognition too! So patient and so kind helping me figure out what happened and even resent the tracking information to me.

“Advanced Lifts installed a stairlift for my father and we were very pleased with the service that we received from Peggy and Debbie. They are very professional. We never had any problems with the stairlift- it was very dependable. When we no longer needed the stairlift, I contacted Advancelifts and they did an excellent job removing the stairlift and also reinstalled the original stair hand rails for us. i feel that they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.”
“I’ve had the pleasure to be assisted at 2 Hearts Meducal supply. Both times, I was treated exceptionally. The first time was for an Airboot last year. This time, it was to rent a wheelchair. To answering our questions, to showing us, the how to’s, to letting us try it, in store before making our decision was met with compassionate care. I’m sorry, to the ladies, I don’t remember their names accurately. I’ll definitely be going back for any other need. I did rent the wheelchair for 2 weeks at a fantastic price.”
“Love them and what they do but ALWAYS be sure to call before making the drive to their store. The hours online are not at all accurate, as I've learned the hard way by making the hourlong drive there and discovering no one showed up for work. They're volunteers, so it's to be expected. Just make sure to call.”
“The first thing I can say in this review is that I hope I never lose this pharmacy to go to for my medicines. It has a down-home feel that you cannot find in any of these big chain pharmacies, along with care and helpful kindness that goes a long way in helping you to feel so much better about doing business here. The prices are low and you don't get ripped off like you do at other pharmacies - it's the quality service of the people who work here (especially Steven), that really make my days - I feel like I am home here. I can't get the same care and consideration anywhere else - the big pharmacies just don't seem to care much these days - just in my experience. “This is my updated review of Intermed and Craig the repair guy. I finally realized that the delay for my repairs was NOT due to Craig but on the manufacturer shipping the part out to him. I am so glad that he took in my scooter even though I had bought it elsewhere that had no follow up on service. For that I am grateful to Craig. Also this is a very friendly place to do business. The service, both at the counter and with the scooter, is outstanding. The prices are reasonable. My last review sadly was based more on my personal frustration than on their excellent service.”
