He took time and resolved all the problems I was having with switching my home to to AT&T's direct tv, and switching my phones and watches to AT&T, my AT&T password, my internet, my phones, my AT&T login, AppleCare, all the things! The night before, I spent 6 hours on the phone with apple and made a two trips to an AT&T store and one to an Apple Store. I was beyond frustrated and raging.
