The people at this specific location have been fantastic. Sure, wait times in the drive thru can be crazy at times, but it really helps when they have both lines open and today they had two people working the drive thru, and it was amazing! “I go to this Walgreens all the time for random items, makeup, as well as prescriptions. Recently I had strep and they knew I was waiting and the pharmacy filled my antibiotic really quickly even though they were super busy because they saw I was miserable. The front desk is always so kind when I can't find an item or I need something price checked. I really love this Walgreens and the one on 2351 in Friendswood.”
“l don't usually write reviews but l believe this is really important. l went to the pharmacy on Sunday to pick up my daughter's prescription and due to insurance issues not properly fixed by my new employer, the medications were delayed. But the pharmacist Pharm, Cheryl (l believe that's her name) went above and beyond and ensured l had those medications, she used her lunch break time making calls to insurance and trying to fix the issue, even though l ended up paying out of pocket pending on the insurance fixing the problem. l really want to appreciate this kind lady for her assistance, you hardly get that kind of genuine assistance when you go to some pharmacy. My daughter finally got her medication and had a good night's rest without pain for the first time in 2 days. Thank you so much, Pharm Cheryl, you are a gem!
