“Everyone did a great job at making my procedure so much easier and lowering my stress level. From the folks like Loretha from the business office letting me know beforehand about the projected OOP costs to the nurse calling to make sure I was clear about all the preparation, to the receptionists and staff before, during, and after, it was reassuring to have such a professional team working together! Highly recommended!”

“I wanted to add a new review about how an employee named Kameron went out of his way to help me yesterday. While all of the employees have been polite and willing to answer questions, he went above and beyond. Yesterday while unloading my cart I was struggling to get my bottled water from the bottom of the cart and Kameron came running from across the lot to help as the cart was rolling a bit. He came up so quickly and said let me help you ma'am, I've got it, and he did. He put the water in my car, took my cart, and told me to have a great day and then continued collecting carts so pleasantly all while working in the summer heat. So refreshing to have an employee rushing to help a customer with a smile and great service. Thank you Kameron!”

“I love coming to HEB for groceries & pharmacy for years. I ask this guy about about my medication & he was very rude, I was told it needed authorization & told me I already told you that once. I only need to know authorization from who.”

“By far the best pharmacy I’ve used. My prescriptions are almost always ready the same day they’re sent in, and if something is out of stock, I usually receive a phone call letting me know. I’ve tried several other pharmacies, and none have been as reliable or efficient. Reading some of the negative reviews, it seems like a number of the complaints are related to insurance restrictions or laws governing controlled substances - issues that are largely outside the pharmacy’s control. My experience with this H-E-B Pharmacy has consistently been excellent. If you have a problem not knowing when your prescriptions are ready maybe you should sign up for the text notifications or learn how to use the app”

“I cannot tell y'all how amazing Harmony was to me. I have a baby shower tomorrow and was so stressed about how to print the games for it and what paper to use because I was confused on the website. She walked me through every step and assured me they would be ready in time, after other companies have failed to even reach back out. She is by far the nicest and most helpful worker I’ve ever spoken to in my entire life. If you are printing, CHOOSE WALGREENS!!!”

“This League City Walgreens location is great for getting you up-to-date on all your Vaccinations (COVID, DPT, RSV, ShingRx, etc.). Appointments are easy to schedule, and you can get the paperwork done online ahead of time, then just ask the pharmacist/tech to scan the QR code on your phone or appointment confirmation and get your injection(s). I have Medicare and my vaccinations cost exactly $0.00!”

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”

“The pharmacist has been very helpful in trying to get my meds transferred over to here at CVS. Very compassionate. Walmart is being stubborn and not wanting to loose revenue and wanting to slack on transferring. Pharmacy employees friendly as well. When you leave a message for pharmacy , they call back within 30 minutes to an hour.”
