“I just switched my pharmacy from Walgreens to HEB. Boy what a difference. My husband switched to them a long time ago, but I'm an old bird with her old ways until I could no longer take the crappie service from Walgreens. The drive thru service goes pretty fast and with great service, as does walking in. They really take interest in making sure your needs are meet unlike Walgreens.”

“By far the best pharmacy I’ve used. My prescriptions are almost always ready the same day they’re sent in, and if something is out of stock, I usually receive a phone call letting me know. I’ve tried several other pharmacies, and none have been as reliable or efficient.
Reading some of the negative reviews, it seems like a number of the complaints are related to insurance restrictions or laws governing controlled substances - issues that are largely outside the pharmacy’s control. My experience with this H-E-B Pharmacy has consistently been excellent. If you have a problem not knowing when your prescriptions are ready maybe you should sign up for the text notifications or learn how to use the app”

After over 3 weeks dealing with the pharmacist and no medication and no answers… I called this Walgreens spoke with Sydney who was very kind and helpful and will have my medication ready within 30 minutes. Thank you Sydney! You do not realize how you brightened my day!”

“As I prepare to leave Galveston, for Htown (Baby Apple; please people) I 've become reacquainted with the commercial entities on the mainland. might I say that this Walmart has more of a selection of Wrangler, and Lee Jeans than the Galveston Walmart (bought five pair). The store is cleaner, less chaotic, and generally friendlier. Now, I understand that Galveston has to deal with the beach tourists that treat Galveston in general like a convenience store bathroom, so I'll give it a mulligan. But, I was impressed by the assortment of products and available number as opposed to Galveston's. Galveston could use one of those exclusively grocery Walmarts, but it isn't going to happen. Get another catastrophic hurricane (and its getting near time) and you'd be hard pressed for any corporations to come there, let alone a secondary store.”

“This League City Walgreens location is great for getting you up-to-date on all your Vaccinations (COVID, DPT, RSV, ShingRx, etc.). Appointments are easy to schedule, and you can get the paperwork done online ahead of time, then just ask the pharmacist/tech to scan the QR code on your phone or appointment confirmation and get your injection(s). I have Medicare and my vaccinations cost exactly $0.00!”

“I’ve had mostly positive and friendly interactions especially with the pharmacist with red hair. Not sure her name. These people work very hard and it’s a stressful job. One thing I’d like to see fixed is the issue with the CC and Signature on their end. I’ve re-added my CC and Signature a number of times and it’s not working anymore. I’ve called the store and sent an email. Still waiting for somebody to fix it.”
