“I have been taking a particular generic drug for apx 20 yrs. All of a sudden my pharmacy changed brands and in spite of what the pharmacist says, ALL MANUFACTURERS ARE THE SAME, trust me, THEY ARE NOT! My pharmacy said they could not order me my script from the manufacturer they use to use, they had changed manufacturers. I called all over town to different pharmacies and everyone I called had also changed to the same manufacturer. I even called the manufacturer of the drug I had been taken. They recommended I call a mom and pop pharmacy. I called Edgewood pharmacy and spoke with the nicest pharmacist and he immediately offered to special order my prescription from the original manufacturer. I was a bit skeptical because of all I had been through with other pharmacy’s. In just a few days I got a notice from them that my drug was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled! Unfortunately I live across town from Edgewood, but if you live close, I highly encourage you to support this pharmacy! Enjoy the lost relationship of your pharmacist that existed years ago! You will be glad you did!”

“Go there for my refills. Best pharmacy in the area, hands down. Great, friendly staff. There are 6+ other pharmacies closer to my home, but not one can match the service of this one.”

“I recently started using HEB pharmacy full time and honestly, it has been a breath of fresh air compared to Kroger, cvs or even a mail order pharmacy. The people at this specific location have been fantastic. Sure, wait times in the drive thru can be crazy at times, but it really helps when they have both lines open and today they had two people working the drive thru, and it was amazing! Keep up the great work and as long as it's convenient to me, I will continue to use the HEB pharmacy!”

“I had great customer service in the bakery department yesterday. I THINK the young lady's name was Rana. Let me tell you, she went over and above to help me. I asked for a modification on a cake and was that person who asked her to call her supervisor, and she did. now thinking back, I'm embarrassed to say that I did that. I can't change what I did ,? but hopefully, she knows im honored to have her helped me. Thank you, sweet lady!!! she did it with a smile. Such professional, I literally was in tears because she was so nice when I was wanting my way. ...... Lesson learned for me...order ahead of time...☺️”

“Love the scan & go feature, but it's hamstrung by the requirement to wait in line at the exit. Bottlenecking undoes anything scan & go hopes to achieve. Fix it, Sam's...”

“I go to this Walgreens all the time for random items, makeup, as well as prescriptions. Recently I had strep and they knew I was waiting and the pharmacy filled my antibiotic really quickly even though they were super busy because they saw I was miserable. The front desk is always so kind when I can't find an item or I need something price checked. I really love this Walgreens and the one on 2351 in Friendswood.”
