10/10 Customer Service. Michael M in the bike section was absolutely amazing. Got me in and out in less than 15 mins. Super knowledgeable on products and helped me sign up for the membership. Cashier was amazing as well!

Lied about their rei membership policies. Lied about a “coupon” i had for being a member that didn’t lower the total price.
Staff having a hard time navigating their check out/customer service kiosks. And staff also venting about their frustration about customers - in front of the customers.
I guess there’s a reason online shopping is eating all these stores

Great store and even better staff - Sebastian and Italy went out of their way to help me out this week after I’d messed up an online order - I really appreciated the extra customer service!!

Don't waste your time. Most important gear, that you absolutely must try on before buying, is available online only.

- We only stock products that serve local customers, based on location specifics. High altitude trekking boots can be found in our stores in Colorado.
- Have you heard of Sun and Ski? Besides, people don't use high altitude gear (for 6000 meters and up) in Colorado, thank you very much.
Find better supplier. Everything they have can be found online at much better price.

It was alright. It's not a big store but if you need something to start getting serious about a non traditional sport I'd say, they got it. Rock climbing, kayak, biking, hiking or camping they got enough to get you suited for that next step. I'd check out their online store for a much bigger selection

Left the store feeling angry and ashamed due to poor service. Previous trip I bought my first “used” item and had asked the cashier if I could return if it did not work with my current equipment. He said they had a great return policy. Well these items are not refundable and the manager that came over had no authority because he was the “newest” on staff (?) so off he went to discuss the problem with someone else. When he returned he looked up my account on the computer and looked right at me in a weird way and said his word was going to final. I felt as if I was not a big enough customer due to my purchases and denied the return. I was given a bunch of gift cards recently and will not be using them. Can’t ever imagine going back in that store!!!! Finding lots on online companies with better prices and selections. Do your research and find what you need elsewhere and with better service.

I wish this location had a better selection of mens outerwear other than the REI branded stuff. The selection of Kuhl, Mountain Hardwear, and Cotopaxi jackets was very limited, even in the coldest month of the year. Other brands such as Helly Hansen were not carried at this store. It’s mainly REI Co-Op and Patagonia.

REI is my store for purchasing my Cloud Running Shoes. Recently, I went to add to my shoes, purchasing the Cloud Runner 2. The representative I was lucking enough to ask questions and help me in my selection was Corrie. She was very nice, very informational on the Cloud Shoes. Last January, I had burned my right foot bad from BBQ Grilling. Could not find shoes to help me comfortably walk. Corrie, helped me in my selection then, purchasing both Cloud Eclipse, Cloud Monster 2 shoes. Cost did not bother me in wearing my Eclipse everyday for mowing, motorcycle riding, more. I have not knock on wood had any more problems with plantar fasciitis. Thank You Corrie and REI !!!!
