If you need a passport, save yourself some time and frustration. Use another location. Walk in hours online are posted 10:00-12:30 on Saturday. They started taking customers at 10:45. The USPS worker that started taking applications was extremely rude. One of the worst customers experiences I've had in a while.

The person who works with passports is very unpunctual; they start late and finish early without giving any notice.
