“I stopped by early in the morning to send an Express Priority envelope that needed guaranteed overnight/2‑day delivery. I got there around 7:40 AM, and even though they don’t open until 8, they keep envelopes available inside near the lockers. That was actually really convenient. I was able to get everything filled out before the doors opened.
At 8:00 on the dot, they opened, and I was helped by Sharon. She was genuinely friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the differences between the Express and Priority options, including delivery times and pricing, and made sure I picked the right one for what I needed.
Overall, great service. Big thank‑you to Sharon for making the whole process smooth and easy.”

“I had ordered a very special gift and tracked the delivery status for many days my item showed delivered, but I didn't receive. I went down to the post office, and even though I was upset and overwhelmed, the office took great care of me.They found the package had been put on the wrong route. I still delivered the same day. Its a government building and we all know how government employees can be but I was quite surprised on how great of an attitude and service was compared to other USPS locations. I actually thought the building was abandoned from the looks outside and Could use some paint and clean up. A++ on service”

“There was one lady who helped me, I wish I got her name. I remember she had a bedazzled Apple Watch. Either way, she was very patient and generous!!! She didn’t shame me for not knowing how to mail a package, she just gave me a piece of paper and tape and told me to step aside and write the address on the package. I really appreciate it!!! You can tell she prioritizes people’s time and money and was trying to get people out as efficiently as possible ❤”
