“I've been sending gifts and what evers to my grandchildren now for almost 20 years. Last week, I finally sent their late Christmas gifts. It didn't arrive to their house. I thought and thought about what could have happened ... I put 708 instead of 716 for their address. I'm thankful I sent the box flat rate that included tracking ... but, not as grateful as I am to Kevin Sanders, who works at the Allen Genoa Post Office there in South Houston, for going above and beyond the call of duty to actively go out and get that box back and hand delivering it to the kids house. Thank you Kevin! You are the hero, I appreciate you so much! Over the years I've visited my family for months at a time and have always adored the postman/women on the States Streets. “I have been going to this post office for a couple of years and there is a new management team. The new Postmaster and supervisor really seem to care. I had a package go to the wrong address the Postmaster personally went and retrieve it and brought it to my door. That is customer service I would definitely recommend getting your services at this location”

“Don't know about this place directly but they handled packages sent to me by family. Having not put the address down completely they were at first intended to be sent back after nearly a week of waiting for them. Talked with the help desk and was told they would be sent back to sender. A few hours after talking to the customer support with no good answer the folks handling my packages got them to my door. Don't know how they figured the right place as the address writen was incomplete. Total valid to have not completed the delivery but somehow someone figured out it was meant for me. (Missing part of address was like the apartment number but for a few lots of land.) Tldr. They got me my package even when the address was incomplete. Very appreciated.”
