“Took my Jeep into the Hobby Airport store for 2 new tires (Sept ‘23) and asked them to put the 2 best of the original on the rear. They did as asked. A few months later my older tires were spent. Took the Jeep into my local store (Pearland) for 2 new tires. They told me my wheel lock was nowhere to be found. I informed them the Jeep was taken to the Hobby location and now it’s missing. They told me they’d get with Jeep and call me to get my Jeep taken care of when Jeep opened that Monday. No one called me. When I called, no one knew the issue.I emailed corporate directly and they had the Hobby location call me. I told them I was forced to drive on ice and in rain since being turned away. I am lucky I didn’t crash. I am a disabled vet. Robert, the new store manager took great care to make sure they solved the issue. The positive effect he’s had on that store are tangible. When they replaced my lugs in Sept, they put “chrome” lugs on my black rims (?!). He replaced them at no charge without me asking. The GM and Assistant Manager are True gentleman. They had me out in about an hour no muss, no fuss. Most importantly, they owned the screw up and accounted for it. Accountability is key.Thanks guys.”
“Discount Tire in Friendswood is the best Discount store in the area . I have been going there for years for all my tires and service and they have always done a great job . The store is well managed and the staff is professional and customer focused. Prices are very competitive. Always get the road hazard certificate on your tires . They have honored mine twice in the last ten years with a free replacement. Rotation and flat repair are free also . I highly recommend this business .”
