I don't understand all the negative reviews. My spouse and I walked in and were warmly greeted. We asked for passport photos and they were done in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly staff. Only slight issue is the photos were not as polished as my last ones, however we are not using it for a passport.

I'm frustrated.
The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive and sent me away refusing to help me make an appointment to return, and I was not able to make an appointment online.
