I went to get my fingerprints done with identogo here. the man at the front desk was clipping his fingernails which is super gross. the woman doing the finger printing made a big deal about not taking people more than 10 minutes late but she was 10 minutes late to my appointment herself and was quite rude. I was there 15 minutes early just sitting there, no other customers were there. also the place smells like mildew in there. would be happy not to go back.

Horrible Notary services.Felt like done intentional.I had couple of recordable documents to be notarized, these were true copies with originals present. AAA staff rejected,but UPS next door was able to do it in a jiffy.Drove 20mins for nothing

Customer Service is getting worse and worse. I been a customer for more than 5 years and so hard to just renew. Spoke to 5 customer rep and was on hold forever :(

I was very worried about my international driving permit but the lady that was working there give me a piece of mind and did my job very fast and gave me my international driving pyramid in 5 minutes.

This is a good AAA location, but they are often out of stock of maps that I ask for. Free maps are a big part of why I have been a AAA member for 25+ years, so it's pretty disappointing when maps are so frequently unavailable. Still, the staff is always courteous and helpful.

This has been the most annoying experience. For past two months I have tried to patiently work with them to buy auto, home and umbrella insurance. TWO MONTHS with a lot of excuses. Go elsewhere.

AAA is the most expensive and terrible insurance company I have ever had. You pay membership fees and high premiums for nothing. I have to call 6 to 7 different phone numbers and be kept on hold forever before reaching a customer service who do not have customer service conduct. And when you cancel they charge you for it, as though their high premium charges are not enough. Run, avoid at all cost, there are better insurance companies offering the same coverage for less and for your moneys worth. Don't get fleeced like I did.

Jackie Martin, has been a big help getting us booked for upcoming vacation to Mexico, very patient with me as I had tons of questions and very prompt on answering them quickly, also got us staying at resort we love. Highly recommend using her for all your travel plans.

Unbelievable! Went to get my tags done and they only take cash or debit. Did not have so left. Found a bank to get the cash and went back. When I went back the system won't let me because the lady scanned the bar code on the forms and did not tell me this when I left nor made sure if I had cash or debit before scanning. Now I have to go wait in a long a** line at the tax place in order to get my tags renewed. How difficult is it to ask these questions first or at least give me a heads up before I go chase down money. Rude and poor customer service and communication. She just said, "Oh I was afraid of this!"

Absolutely the worst service possible. If you have no immediate need...sure AAA is great. If you are stuck roadside - don't call AAA. Their contracts are with undependable roadside companies. I bought AAA for my daughter as she moved to Alabama. Of course she would get a flat tire! She called AAA - text quickly told her someone would be there at 2:22 pm. An hour from the call. 2:45 no one was there. 3 calls from her, 5 from me...once which lasted an hour and still nothing. So I call again...it's now been 4 HOURS she's been roadside. So call...I live in Texas and Elaine from California tells me there IS NO ONE IN TEXAS ANSWERING PHONE CALLS. No one! I live in Dallas. Texas is a BIG state...but today 2/20/2022 there is NO ONE IN TEXAS TO ANSWER MY CALL. So in the 4 hours that she's been roadside a tow truck pulls up. Guess what...they can tow her now. But also guess what? AAA refuses to pay for it unless they are contracted with AAA. Two calls ago and 2 hours ago the "professionals" AAA contracts with couldn't even reach their driver. So in 4 wasted hours two 18 year old girls have been roadside waiting for their AAA service person. So I'll pay the real tow company, and get them off the road. My advice? Save yourself the money and just use real professionals that don't contract with AAA. Or expect to be roadside longer than 4 hours apparently. Absolutely worthless service! AAA = Absolutely Absent Always
