Aloft Frisco is a hotel that offers good value, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities such as onsite food, snacks, and a lobby bar. The rooms are generally comfortable, featuring dark curtains for a good night's sleep and daily re-stocking of essentials. Guests appreciate the amenities like a pool table in the lobby and the overall cleanliness of the property. The staff at the front desk can vary in friendliness; some guests found certain staff members to be stern or overwhelmed, which impacted their overall experience. The hotel has some maintenance issues, with reports of broken items in rooms, a loud air conditioner, and a dirty lobby bathroom lacking soap. Wi-Fi connectivity is often poor, with slow download speeds that can be frustrating for business travelers. The pool was mentioned as being closed during a stay, and some guests noted that certain areas and facilities could be better maintained. Overall, Aloft Frisco provides a comfortable stay with good value, but improvements in maintenance, staff friendliness, and internet quality could enhance the guest experience.
The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean, HOWEVER, Your bartender Mark was exceptional. His drinks were very good, he had a great personality, and my coworker and I had so much fun talking with him. If you Are reading this and stay there please tell Mark that Amy and Kelsie from North Carolina said hello 😁👋
