Good value, clean and the onsite food and snack selection are great, especially if you have kids. Lobby bar is convenient. Staff has always been friendly.

Slowest checkin ever! Waited in line for 20+ minutes. Manager didn’t seem interested in helping the new guy and left him with a long line of people waiting to check in.

I'm here traveling for my company. Rudest hotel I have ever been in. My husband will be addressing Marriott directly since he a hotel owner . Horrible customer service at checking.
Noteworthy details: Unfortunately everyone in my party indicated they were not treated well either.

I'll keep this short and sweet. The hotel is phenomenal. Gorgeous bartender, great selection of snacks to purchase from the store, pool table in the lobby, very clean... but to be the first person your guests interact with, Latoya at the front desk really either needs to leave her problems at the front door or take a time out. Tried getting a credit card authorization form so that I could book the room for the night I needed it even tho I would be late checking in (after 1 am). Understandably, she couldn't get it for me without management. She said her drawer or whatever was locked (around 10pm). I tried engaging with her and speaking kindly but the look in her face and the tone she had was just very stern. If I didnt know better, she was getting fired at the end of her shift but was forced to stay til her shift ended. Not saying that was the case, but that's the vibe she gave off. Made me not want to be near the desk any longer than I needed to and definitely no longer ask her how she was doing. Hotel is amazing, but the people your guests have to encounter, matter.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent stay at the Aloft Frisco. While the initial stay itself was satisfactory, the subsequent billing issues have left an incredibly sour taste in my mouth. Upon checking out, I was overcharged by $96 for incidental charges. I immediately contacted the hotel and was assured that this was a pending authorization hold and would be removed from my account within 7 business days.
It has now been two weeks, and the charge remains on my credit card statement. I have contacted the hotel multiple times, providing photographic evidence of the discrepancy, but have received no resolution or even a clear explanation for the delay. This complete disregard for resolving a simple billing error, coupled with the lack of communication and follow-through, is unacceptable.
Until Aloft Frisco addresses this issue and demonstrates a commitment to rectifying billing errors in a timely and professional manner, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone.
This exact location also is not accredited on the Better Business Bureau’s website as well so if you are to stay not only will you possibly encounter an issue but it will be a lengthy process to have it resolved that is if the issue ever is resolved.

Super clean place with really friendly staff . Very comfortable beds and dark rooms at night. Everything was fully re stocked in the room each day which was great .

Were told we could do an early check-in but upon arriving at the hotel, the desk clerk said no, that we would have to come back after 3pm. When we were finally able to check in, our room’s thermostat was not working and it was quite hot. Fortunately the problem was fixed fairly quickly. We were also not told ahead of our arrival that the pool was closed for the entire time of our stay due to it not passing health department inspections. Lack of directions posted to find the one ice machine for the entire hotel located on a different floor than our room. All in all, we were very disappointed and will not use this hotel for future travels.

Dirty and tired. This place is not well kept. Pool was closed for some reason and elevator had an alarm going off the first hour we arrived. The air conditioner in our room was so loud that we moved to another room. Lobby bathroom is dirty with no soap, staff seemed overwhelmed.

Rooms are nice but there were a few issues. No soap when I went to the room, resolved in the morning. No TV remote in the room, resolved in the morning. However the biggest issue was the wifi. Most of the stay I was getting under 1mbps downloads speeds, quite often under 500k. That's unacceptable for a hotel in a business park nowadays
