“Been at The Civic for almost a year and I LOVE IT! It's been the best apartment experience I have had here in DFW. The staff is great! Seriously... They are kind, personable and helpful. Zero complaints. One con of the place... The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors from time to time if they are being loud enough. Other than that, this place is a good place to live. The price you pay per unit here isn't unreasonable either. For the apartment I am getting (and the amenities) I am truly happy with the cost of rent here.”
