I literally just called to ask what their rental criteria were, and the lady who answered the phone said that she doesn't know what the credit would need and to contact the company who runs the check. What? You don't have any idea what your own check needs?!

OMG I have never experienced greater customer service. These people are literally amazing. I got all of my questions answered and felt pampered when they offered me water and a snack. Cause girly need her afternoon snack. The leasing consultants at the front desk are so sweet and might I mention stunning.
