“We recently toured Avalon Apartments and had such a great experience from start to finish. The management team was welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed.
One thing that really stood out was meeting Rob from the maintenance team during our tour. He went out of his way to say hello, chat with us, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It's not often you get to interact with the maintenance staff during a tour, but it gave us a great impression of the community and showed that everyone takes pride in making residents feel at home.
Overall, both the management company and the on-site team were fantastic. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the people made an even bigger impression. If you're considering Avalon, I'd definitely recommend scheduling a tour!”
