Wes provided outstanding service and assistance on our cellular phone issues. He was very knowledgeable on all processes and procedures for transfer, activation, and functions. Bader, what a man… was amazing!!! He hooked me up with a new phone, iPad, and Apple Watch through AT&T new promotions. He saw my needs and filled them. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I watched him deal with other customers and it was exactly the same! Thank you for everything!

I had a very pleasant experience with the entire staff today. Lauren was very nice and helped me out when I walked in and had no clue what phone I wanted to get. 10/10 when in comes to patience!! Highly recommended store!

So thankful for Lauren and her manager. I spent an entire week on hold and disconnected with customer service, Apple and Asurion last week with no resolution and brought to tears. No one would help my son and I with our cellular issue. I finally went in to the store and they helped me within 25 minutes. Thank you so much for your empathy and kindness. We will continue to visit this store in the future.

I went to pay off my phones and get them unlocked, the rep said she couldn't unlock them and that it would take up to 10 days to get them unlocked after I had paid them off AND I had to go online to do it after I drove to the store to pay off the phones. EXTREMELY PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

One of the store representative Lauren is not supporting with the customers and she simply saying call 611 and she is watching movies in her phone infront of the customers. It's really bad bad situation I faced from last 2 days from Lauren.
Tylan resolved the issue for me by calling the support team. I appreciate Tylan for resolving the issue

I went with my grandparents who are on the more tech challenged side of things. The staff was incredibly friendly and Wes, the store manager, was extremely patient and answered all of their questions!
