Great customer service by Miriam, the Asst. Manager and Elyse, the Rep. They were courteous, understood my issue well and worked to solving it. It’s still not resolved but will definitely be reaching out again as requested.

Mariyum and Bob were great in helping us with our business account where other branch in Frisco won’t even give us time and said we have to schedule which can be days away. But this branch was so much helpful.
