Sunita was so sweet and kind - it's a busy branch so give yourself at least 30 minutes before close to get your task completed and do understand the ppl working there are human too and are doing their best to accommodate the crowd.”

“First United Preston branch has the best and most patient staff. I am probably their worst customer. I am almost always the last in line for drive through with fairly disorganized deposits. They really don't have any answers. They can't help you with personal finance or loans. It's really sad. RBFCU actually was able to help me with everything I needed. It was quite refreshing!
