“When I arrived inside, there was a bit of a wait, but it was after 4pm, so it’s understandable that there would be a wait. The manager came over to me and introduced himself and shook my hand, then offered me a water. I asked if there was a public restroom. He said that while there wasn’t a public restroom, he would let me use their facilities in the back. I was able to do so, and came back and was able to get to the teller to get my needs met. This branch, as a whole, went beyond my expectations. They are all team players and work hard to make the customer happy. Thank you!”
“I went to the Frisco branch today for some help with my account. I didn’t expect much because I’ve been to other branches and they all tell me to work with customer service, maybe because I don’t have much money. However, I was greeted with a big smile right away, instead of telling me to call customer service, Van took the time to explain to me and went over all the details, she didn’t care how little money in my account. I was very pleased and satisfied with her service. This is my to go branch now.”
