The manager came over to me and introduced himself and shook my hand, then offered me a water. I asked if there was a public restroom. He said that while there wasn’t a public restroom, he would let me use their facilities in the back. I was able to do so, and came back and was able to get to the teller to get my needs met. This branch, as a whole, went beyond my expectations. They are all team players and work hard to make the customer happy. Thank you!”
