online and in-store) because the quality for the price is hard to beat. But my latest visit really stood out thanks to Melissa. I came in trying to track down a chocolate I had recently tried but couldn’t name. I did my best to describe it, and Melissa immediately knew exactly what I was talking about. She even let me sample it to confirm, and she was spot on! Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she went above and beyond with her customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even reminded me to use a coupon I had received in the mail (which I totally would have forgotten otherwise).
