online and in-store) because the quality for the price is hard to beat. But my latest visit really stood out thanks to Melissa. I came in trying to track down a chocolate I had recently tried but couldn’t name. I did my best to describe it, and Melissa immediately knew exactly what I was talking about. She even let me sample it to confirm, and she was spot on! Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she went above and beyond with her customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even reminded me to use a coupon I had received in the mail (which I totally would have forgotten otherwise). “Absolutely loved Nikki’s Popcorn! Everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. We tried the Extra Buttery Caramel and the Bourbon Bacon Caramel, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing. One of my favorite little touches was that they include a toothpick on the packaging in case you get a popcorn kernel stuck in your teeth. It’s such a small detail, but it shows how much they think about their customers’ experience. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!”
