I had just purchased a home and needed window coverings for the entire home. I reached out to Gotcha Covered since they had a lot of positive reviews and were local. Matthew was my sales consultant, and he was very knowledgeable and willing to help. He had a very strong customer service approach and even came by my house a few times, so I could be sure to choose the right products for my home. There was a miscommunication during my installation with respect to time/day. However, Rick addressed the issue immediately, and he even showed up at my house the next day to ensure the installation happened on schedule and correctly. I have worked with at least ten different vendors on various home projects in the last few months. Gotcha Covered absolutely stands out as standing behind their services. I would confidently recommend this company as they are accountable and professional, which is hard to find these days. Gotcha Covered addressed every issue promptly and courteously. And, the product looks amazing. I will absolutely call them in the future if needed.

We are very happy with our new shades provided by Gotcha Covered of Frisco. The shades came within 3 weeks and were installed for us. Quality is excellent. It keeps the west sun out of enclosed patio. Greg provided us with excellent service when we were picking out our shades. Would highly recommend.

This family company can be trusted all the way to deliver an excellent product and a friendly safe experience. Matthew brought samples to the house, listened to our needs, and helped pick out the perfect product to fit our home and budget. Installation team was quick and cleaned up carefully. When our home was built almost 4 years ago, we had the good fortune to hire Gotcha Covered for our window treatments. All these years later, one of our dogs decided to use a couple of the blinds for a snack…we called Gotcha Covered. They still had all of our measurements, asked if the valences were still okay (so they would not have to bill for that) - they were. We decided to update all 5 window since the manufactuer had changed styles in the meantime, and the price was affordable. Installation was on time, well done, and we are so happy with the support, pricing, timeliness, and quality of the team and craft.

Highly recommend Gotcha Covered of Frisco! We used them for a custom curtain rod and blackout shades and we were so pleased with the quality and quickness. Greg was great from the beginning till completion. Kept checking in on us to make sure everything went all right.Great collection they have and a beautiful store.The person who installed the drapes was a master at this craft. One guy did the complete high ceiling installation. Super calm and composed.
