H&M provides excellent customer service. The store has great prices on kids clothes and a kids' sale. It is clean and organized, making for a nice shopping experience. H&M also has a recycling program that gives 15% off when bringing old clothes. However, the men's clothing section has limited sizes, particularly for larger sizes. Face masks are required upon entry in US stores.
Kind of crowded and had to wait a while for dressing room as wells as the billing line. Choice of clothes is pretty good compared to other stores is Dallas

This H&M is always well-maintained, which is refreshing compared to many clothing stores today. The cleanliness and organization make for a much more enjoyable shopping experience.
