“I came in on Wednesday of this week and had a great shopping experience! Jorja was seriously so sweet and helpful when I came in! She worked in the fitting room and constantly checked to make sure I had everything I needed and helped grab different sizes for me and even built outfits for me for my upcoming vacation! She was super friendly and had the best personality which honestly made the whole shopping experience so much better because I felt super comfortable. “I keep saying this in my reviews, but it's true, I am new to the area and still trying to get established with my doctors, hair stylist, and nail salon. Well, Style House knocked it out of the park as far as my stylist goes. It's in an old converted house, which is also a boutique with very cute clothes, I just loved it! That whole area of town is really cool and once the road construction is completed, it will definitely be an area that I visit often. I went to Carissa and she was wonderful! We had great conversation, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease, and my hair looked beautiful when I left. I have already made my next appointment with her. She is also fairly new to town having moved here from Oklahoma and I highly recommend her!”
“I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the employees here, however, the closing team on Thursday went above and beyond to help me. It was past their store hours, but they let me in past 8pm to exchange something. Unfortunately, the item I went to exchange was sold out in my size, and the next two items I had my eyes set on were also sold out. The processes look longer than expected, but they had a whole team out to help me track down my back up options. Everyone was friendly and patient with me, I never felt rushed at all. Great experience!”

“Nordstrom Rack at Preston Ridge is a solid spot if you’re looking for good deals, especially in the shoe section. They usually have a pretty good selection and you can find some quality brands at discounted prices if you’re willing to look a little. That said, I personally lean a bit more toward Macy’s Backstage next door when it comes to overall pricing. I’ve found some better steals there. But Nordstrom Rack still holds its own and is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and hunting for deals. Good option to have right here in Frisco.”

She initiated a video call instantly and recorded our expectations and aptly showed the dresses and finally bought it in a day. I did not purchase anything, but I was passing through with a friend and I spilled something on myself and she had baby wipes behind the register prepared and ready to give to me so that I didn’t get a stain on my one-of-a-kind white lace crop top. 10 out of 10 would recommend that kind of preparedness is what makes me wanna go back and spend more money there, even though I didn’t spend any money the first time the clothes are super cute store was really clean. Staff was friendly, but autumn was the best.”
