“I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the employees here, however, the closing team on Thursday went above and beyond to help me. It was past their store hours, but they let me in past 8pm to exchange something. Unfortunately, the item I went to exchange was sold out in my size, and the next two items I had my eyes set on were also sold out. The processes look longer than expected, but they had a whole team out to help me track down my back up options. Everyone was friendly and patient with me, I never felt rushed at all. Great experience!”

She initiated a video call instantly and recorded our expectations and aptly showed the dresses and finally bought it in a day. “Enjoyed my experience at this Old Navy. The facility was nice, well-kept and organized. Had no trouble finding clothes for my 7 week old baby and her mother. The bathrooms and changing rooms were nicely kept as well. Staff were very nice and helpful. I’d recommend shopping here!”
