Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this organization!! They will put you on hold (if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the customer support line that is) for up to 15 minutes. That has happened to me twice and the irony is if you walk into one of their store fronts - its empty and dead.Ive been trying to pay off and close this account for six months and I cant seem to get it done. Sounds like the first time I tried the payment was denied so then they charged me every month when I thought the account was closed and settled.I tried to get a car loan recently after two of my vehices were labeled totaled fro the hail storm and InTouch had basically ruined my credit score which I take pride in keeping high. I didnt recieve a singlle call stating my balance was psst due.This mom and pop POS organization will RUIN your credit score without making ONE SINGLE PHONE CALL.Hilarious. Good luck should you be crazy enough to get a loan from them. They have the worst customer support Ive seen since DirecTV!

I've been using them for a couple of years and without any notice I started incurring late charges it was only until I looked at my account I had noticed that $100 have been taken from me that they weren't going to do anything about. I don't know if it's because smaller bank or they don't have the resources but this wouldn't have happened with Chase. Oh well I'll go use a different place for my loan

Horrible service and constantly getting worst. Didn't want to drive 10 miles to the nearest location because they keep closing sites, so went to an ATM near our house....and InTouch flagged the transaction as fraud. Seriously? They find every reason to cut off your access to your money and it takes weeks to get a replacement card. Useless bank.

Update: Thank you, Cameron, for responding to my 1 star rating. Evidently, InTouch was doing some updating and also Verizon, my phone company, was not working properly at the same time! Ugh!Help!Is there a problem with your system on Saturday, July 30th, 2022 at 12:29 PM CDT? I can't call in nor do I receive any vaerification codes

Love, love, love ITCU! I've been a customer for years. Personable, helpful and a Joy to work with. Member service experience is great as well. It's about membership and that personal touch! To be fair, scheduling appointments to visit the branch during Covid was painful however, I understand it was the only way to ensure I would be provided service given staffing shortages.

Dawna was super helpful in a last minute transaction in getting a cashiers check for our mortgage closing. She went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us. Will continue doing business with them.

Requiring an appointment for a simple quick shared branch check deposit is extraneous. I understand the extra measures for safety purposes but middle of the day Friday when the parking lot is empty and Im the only car in line and refusing to help me out is extremely frustrating.

Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of being with. I can’t number the times I have had issues with them. The staff here is rude and unhelpful. The policies are terrible. And I dread anytime I have to deal with ITCU.

Been a loyal customer for over 15yrs. What kind of Bank doesnt accept coins!?Just so yall know this is still considered money. A bank that doesnt want money isn't a bank. You used to keep the coin counter machines in the entry ways before yall moved them to the back. What happened? Where did they go?Called your branch and got the same response. My kids piggy banks are full and I cant deposit them into their accounts because yall dont take quarters, dims, nickles, and pennies!?

Worst experience ever. Walked in and needed to utilize the services as I have a shared branch credit union out of Florida. The teller a tall blonde lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. A smile goes a long way. I had never even been in that branch before. I will never join that credit union.

Recently opened a checking account and was helped by Ms. Sparks at the Warren branch. She was very efficient and took time to explain all the various options available to me. I truly appreciate the service I received and will recommend the branch and Itcu to everyone.

A very pleasant experience, I recently moved to the area and they helped me set up the accounts I wanted in no time. I was helped by a miss Sparks and she had the answer to every question I had, even on newer things to her. I recommend this place if you are looking for a small credit union for your banking.
